Step Wiring Process

Safety First: Turn off the main power supply and verify with a voltage tester before starting any work. Main Supply Connection: Connect the incoming phase and neutral wires from the energy meter to the main isolator or main MCB. The main MCB output is then connected to the RCCB input.

RCC

B to Subcircuits: Connect the phase output of the RCCB to the input terminals of the individual MCBs. Connect the neutral output of the RCCB to the neutral link, which distributes neutral to all subcircuits. Subcircuit Wiring: For single-pole MCBs, connect only the phase wire from the RCCB output to the MCB input; neutral goes to the neutral link.

For double-pole MCBs, connect both phase and neutral from the RCCB output to the MCB input if used for special loads. Earth Connections: Connect all earth wires from the subcircuits and the metallic body of the DB to the earth link. Ensure the earth wire from the main supply or earth pit is also connected to the earth link.
