Price of fireproof partition for cable trays

Fireproof cable trays with built-in partitions range from approximately $0. 60/meter for basic options to $10/meter for high-performance fireproof solutions.

Pricing Overview

The cost of fireproof partitions in cable trays depends on material, fireproof rating, and supplier. Entry-level options, such as orange partition fireproof coating trays, start at $0. 60 per meter, suitable for small-scale or prototype projects.

Premium fireproof partitioned cable trays, designed for high-performance applications in industrial or sensitive environments, start at $10 per meter. Material ConsiderationsHot-dip galvanized steel: Common for general industrial use, offering corrosion resistance and durability. Powder-coated aluminum: Lightweight and corrosion-resistant, suitable for less demanding environments.

Stainless steel (304/316): Ideal for highly corrosive or hygienic environments, such as chemical plants or food processing facilities.

Fireproof Features

Fireproof partitions are designed to isolate fires, prevent fire spread, and protect cable integrity. Materials include fireproof boards, coatings, bags, and mud, each with trade-offs in weight, installation complexity, and heat dissipation. High-performance fireproof trays ensure compliance with safety standards and are often used in power plants, substations, hospitals, and industrial facilities.

Additional Factors Affecting Cost

Customization: Partition size, tray width, and modularity can increase price. Compliance certifications: EN61537 or equivalent certifications may raise costs but ensure regulatory compliance. Installation and maintenance: Some fireproof partitions are easier to install and maintain, which can affect total project cost.

Summary

For budgeting purposes, expect prices from $0. 60/meter for basic fireproof partition trays to $10/meter for high-performance, certified fireproof solutions. Material choice, fireproof rating, and supplier reliability are key factors influencing the final cost.
