Step Wiring Procedure

Incoming Power Connection: Connect the phase (L) and neutral (N) from the utility or meter to the main switch or main MCB input.

Main Switch to RCC

B: Connect the output of the main switch to the input of the RCCB. This ensures protection against leakage currents and electric shocks.

RCCB to Branch MC

Bs: Connect the output of the RCCB to the input terminals of individual MCBs for lighting, sockets, or appliances. Neutral Distribution: Connect all neutral wires from branch circuits to the neutral bar. Ensure the neutral bar is separate from the earth bar to prevent fault currents.

Earth Distribution: Connect all grounding wires from branch circuits to the earth bar, which should be linked to an earth rod or pit. Load Connections: From each MCB, connect the phase wire to the respective load (lights, sockets, or appliances). The neutral and earth wires from the load connect to their respective bars.

Labeling and Safety Checks: Clearly label each MCB for its corresponding circuit. Verify all connections are tight, and ensure no exposed wires remain.
